These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and rgwin ("rgwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the rgwin online gaming platform available at rgwin.net and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rgwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is directed at users located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rgwin complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. rgwin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) rgwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. rgwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. rgwin may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.

2.5 Account Approval. rgwin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rgwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2 You agree to notify rgwin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. rgwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 All activity conducted through your rgwin account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You accept full responsibility for all transactions and wagers placed using your account credentials.

3.4 rgwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the rgwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. rgwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your rgwin account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rgwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. rgwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements and applicable processing times of the selected payment method.

4.5 Funds Usage. Funds deposited into your rgwin account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. rgwin does not pay interest on account balances. You may not use your rgwin account as a general banking or payment facility.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. rgwin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

5.1 rgwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other abusive strategies will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.3 rgwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.4 In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, rgwin's decision shall be final and binding.

6.1 All games available on the rgwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

6.2 Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available to players before play commences. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, rgwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. rgwin's decision in such circumstances shall be final.

6.4 rgwin reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rgwin Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one rgwin account;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other players' enjoyment of the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8.1 All content on the rgwin Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game content, is the property of rgwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rgwin.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rgwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 rgwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

9.3 rgwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rgwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rgwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rgwin is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell or share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13.3 rgwin's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
